Thanksgiving Tradition

What I'm Thankful for:
~The Gospel of Jesus Christ that blesses my life each day.
~The sweetest, most loving husband who protects me and our country each waking moment.
~My amazing family and friends who are always there for me!
~The wonderful children that I get to teach everyday at school.
~The time that quickly passes so I can see my sweetie in April!

Now it's your turn! What are you thankful for this year?

I had a wonderful Thanksgiving with my family! This year I flew out to Colorado with my dad, brothers and their families to visit relatives. As a little girl, our family always saved this holiday to visit our Uncle Bob's family in the mountains...it's so wonderful that our tradition has lasted 19 years!
We look forward to the many more years ahead to visit Uncle Bob when we have little Davies running around so we may share and enjoy the wonderful memories I had as a little girl!

The first morning we woke up to a blanket of white covering the trees and ground. It was so beautiful that we had to go out and play! So, we spent the day sledding at Hidden Valley in the Rocky Mountain National Park. It was 19 degrees, windy and snowy, but well worth it! We had a blast!

After sledding, we drove down the road to Estes Park for hot apple cider and hot chocolate to help us thaw out. We also walked up and down the streets window shopping and going into all the candy shops!

We want to wish everyone a happy and warm Thanksgiving Day! Especially to all the soldiers serving for our great country, who make it possible for all of us to celebrate this special holiday!
