Saturday we stopped by my mom's gravesite since Addison hadn't been there yet. We planned on having a picnic and spending some time there thinking about her and what a great woman she was, but the weather wasn't in our favor so we made it short and sweet. We decided to just clean the marble and stone, and take a few pictures of Addison there. It was nice to visit the gravesite, although we know that my mom isn't just hanging out in the ground. Her spirit is in a much better place. We love you mom!

Oh Lauren, this brings a tear to my eye. It is comforting to know where our loved ones really are when they leave this life! Addison is so lucky to have a mommy who will teach him the gospel!
These pictures are very sweet. I don't know too much about you, Lauren, but I think you are one amazing person and you definitely have a great family. Babies are interesting too b/c they feel the spirit sometimes stronger than even we can. They have a wonderful sense of things and by the pictures, I'm sure Addison knows this is a special place to you. Very cute. Thanks for sharing.
